Coal in the garden

In this part of the garden, there seems to be a seam of coal underneath. It comes out quite easily with a light scratching of the surface.

Terrible stuff.

Little jac #3 seeds

She's seeding. It's amazing how they know what to do.

Planted the parrot tree

Bought this from Daley's Nursery a few months ago and have managed to keep it alive - planted it today, out the front. Kind of opposite Mum's tree (across the road), and I hope it grows huge and attracts the birds as hers does.

So now there are 3 trees in a row out the front, 2 frangis and this one.

21 Dec 2019 - likes plenty of water. I'll have to make sure it is well mulched to hold that moisture in.
