Third jacaranda tree + flowers!

Bought this one at the Ipswich Sunday markets on 25 Nov 2018. She seems to be going ok.
All her leaves fell off, as per the season, but the top seems to be growing still.

27 Sept 2019 -  She's growing still! Much higher than her stabilising pole now!

4 October 2019 - I do believe there are tiny flowers budding at the top here!

5 Oct 2019 - These buds are looking promising!

7 Oct 2019 -

11 Oct 2019 -  Little jac is now taller than I am! (Warning - this is my just-woke-up face!)

13 Oct 2019 - Can we please have some purple soon?!

18 Oct 2019 - Dubbs 54th birthday - we have flowers!!

21 Oct 2019 -

New fish tail palm leaf

This has taken an age to come out, but it looks like it's time for it to be 'born'!

20 Sept 2019 -

21 Sept 2019 -

22 Sept 2019 - How appropriate that the new leaf is 'born' in this, the day of the fourth year of me living here.

2pm, 22 Sept 2019 -

With it's 'umbilical cord' attached -

Pink book-tree looking lovely, + updates

Looking lovely. They appear to be dropping their leaves to save the energy for their seed pods.

25 Sept 2019 -  Bees visiting blossoms!

2 Oct 2019 -  She is looking the best she ever has - so beautiful, and is now starting to drop the seedpods. I am keeping some for posterity.

Frangipani pods

I found these lying on the ground under the tree which produced them, on my walk around the block. I don't believe I have seen pods before - I have only put cuttings in which have grown. So exciting to see these.

New season's white crepe myrtle!

I don't seem to have waited as long this year for this tree to start her Spring journey. Just 2 days ago, I looked at the branches and there was no movement, and lo! today I see developed buds and tiny leaves!

24 Sept 2019 - Look at all the little shoots all the way down the branch!

5 Oct 2019 -  She's looking so beautiful -

11 Oct 2019 - It rained all night and is still - she looks so beautiful with her new leaves.

New season's growth - grapevines out back

And above!

21 Sept 2019 -

22 Sept 2019 -

25 Sept, 2019 - My, how they've grown! I've been giving them loads of water, so...

2 Oct 2019 - Not worried about these puppies - they are going great guns, above and below! Initially, as I had pruned them so late in the season, I was worried I had removed the wood from which would spring new growth. But lo! she is fine, and I even see the tiniest new little bunches of grapes!

4 Oct 2019 - new little bunches of grapes!

10 Oct 2019 -

16 Oct 2019 - Growth is going well - looking really good.
