Hoya + updates

The hoya seems to like where it is positioned at the moment. There is a long lead, with tiny little nodes on it. I do hope they come to something. No flowers yet. I think it did flower once upon a time.

11 April 2020 -  This plant has been in a variety of locations trying to prompt it to grow. It is such a slow grower. I have hung it on one of my trees for now, and there seems to be some new shoots.

Pepperomia + updates

Bought 2. One has died. Hope this one survives. Very temperamental plants.

A little bit fed up with this sensitive plant. It has slowly declined, until I put it with more soil into a pot, and put it in the shade out the back.

Now  it appears to have some little new leaves coming up. I hope so. It obviously likes that spot.

1 Nov 2019 -  Well, it has died back and come good and died back again. It's just surviving. I hope to get it good again.

11 April 2020 - I have kept it in that spot and it has done well. Not moving it!

22 May 2020 -  It seems to like being outside there and is flourishing. It even has a baby twig on the side, so I am leaving it be, and hopefully will be able to divide it into two plants not far off.

The garden suffers without rain

I took to the sprinkler this morning - all looks so parched and tired.

Great 'action shot' of the water drops!

Ryan unlocks the container 8am

We propped the door open with some wood bits I had around. Assuming there are no strong gusts of wind, it should be ok.

It was good to see my stuff inside again. There was no mouldy smell, thank goodness.

The paving is ready - I swept it this morning
