He was up here for a few days to see his heart specialist, and have an angiogram. All well, thank goodness.

Uncle Martyn is dying -> Died 29092025, 4.05am

Update 29 Sept 2025: Martyn passed away at 4.05 am. Apparently he struggled to breathe at the last. We wish he had morphone injections available to ease that suffering. Flowers sent by Anne. RIP.

I rang him on Sat 27 Sept, to tell him that I loved him, and to thank him for being so good to me over the years. I could hear him breathing (like Darth Vader) - it was very upsetting. Aside from the fybromyalgia, he has developed acute leukeamia, and is bleeding through tissues and his nose. Visiting Uncle Martyn

Martyn and Gail flew up to Brisbane this weekend to spend time with Kristian and Rebecca. I went to see them, specifically him, so I could be with him one more time before anything worse happens. He has been so ill with fybromyalgia, and other ailments, probably caused by his time in Vietnam amongst chemical contaminants. Here are the photos from today.
