Little table from Kerry

Picked this up this morning from Brian, at Ipswich Men's Shed (lives in Brassall).

Kerry gave it me from her mother's place. It was brown and dog-chewed. I had it sanded and painted white. Looks so good in the bathroom, and is so useful.

The big paint job - outside

Cherie Barber always says 'never underestimate the power of paint'.
I understood what she meant but have had a graphic example of that this morning. Just a little hour or so and a few licks of white paint has made the house look already much neater, more 'finished' and smartened up. It's enough of an encouragement for me to keep going and make it even better!!

Looks like Asia!

What a mess is the back! In time, she will be right, mate.

The blessing of rain

It rained lightly but enough all night, and this morning all is wet and gorgeous and cooler.
