A stinking hot day, at 32, and very humid. I managed to get the lawns done before the predicted storm at 1pm (it's almost 12 noon as I type). I cannot stand an untidy lawn!

Christmas Cactus

 I think there must be two different coloured plants in this pot - it flowered a few weeks ago with a pink flower, and now this red one has popped up. Very pretty. Must put them in a bigger pot.

Looking out the back

 Looking out the back window - because the virginia creeper has grown so well, with so much recent rain, it is looking a lot greener and much better looking out there than ever. Finally!

Pink rose buds

 I applied some aphid killer recently, several applications, and it seems to have had an effect. The rose is flowering well.
