The concrete dries and the path is laid







Cec directs operations and trains the apprentice (Dylan) and the work-experience youngster (Luke, who schools at St. Edmunds):






I've asked Rick, the foreman, to put the eucalypt leaves on the wet concrete of the path later day. He has agreed to do this for me. I left him with a bunch of leaves which I brought home last night after tearing them off a tree in Oaklands Parade, near the kindergarten.

A little bit of 'Churchie' at home - there's a path near the Library which has this effect - the leaves from the overhanging tree must have fallen off and sprinkled on the path at some stage when it was wet. It looks lovely (see below).
