Sunday - second arch goes up in John's Garden

Thanks to Mum and John for their help. I am tired today from all my shovelling of mulch yesterday. Having an easier day today as it's a 'day of rest'!

I think it gives a lot more character to the front area. Especially when it greens up and things grow. I want the front to have two green squares like this (below), and perhaps I need another wisteria growing up around the windows.

Through the front gate -

The arch is exactly in the middle of the front, and in direct like with that horrible telegraph pole, behind. Hopefully, a rose growing over the arch might just give a prettier slant to the thing.

Monday 1 July, 2019 - Update:

I think this is the best John's Garden has ever looked, so far! Just wait until the murrayas and min-a-mins are up, and the frangi's in flower! Whoo-hoo!

10 Sept, 2019 - the big dry affecting 'John's Garden' - I am trying to keep the murrayas and thuja's watered regularly.

25 Sept 2019 - There has been a little growth.
