Morning views #2

I do love me a big blue sky, but there seems to be a ridiculous number of power poles around here!

Ye flame tree makes a move

This tree has done nothing but sit there, as is, since I bought it, months ago. I finally decided to pot it in the big red pot I brought with me from Viet and lo! I think there is some movement - small green shoots of new leaves.

I hope so, though what is next in terms of shape or height, I have no idea about these trees. They are beautiful when they are grown though.

Bleeding Heart plant

Almost ready to bloom - there's just a hint of the pretty red flower. I really do need to put it in its own pot.

Morning view #1

House from the road - 7.30 am

Soil Fertometer

Interesting stuff - I would like get one of the measuring gadgets, and ultimately, to have the soil nutrition around my place analysed for deficiences.

I bet the list is long!

Was is das?

Is this a creeper or a weed? I found it as a tiny shoot in the front garden, near the star jasmine, and I whipped it out, all excited that it was a creeper. But - is it? I don't know yet, so have potted it in this pot for a while to see how it turns out. It looks promising. Will see what happens. Slow growing at the moment.

The succulent (on the right) needs to be repotted, into its own pretty pot.

Support needed

Wow - these are both pushing forth shoots so quickly, I need to get supports for them, this coming weekend.

Maidenhair vine - one of my favourites

This (below), whatever it is, always looks pretty, with its pink flowers sporadically appearing on railings and so on.
