Wood chip: shovelling exercise #3

7 NOv - Later in the morning - about 8 am. I spread some of the chip around, and it looks good.

7 NOv - I am out there at 6am, shovelling and barrowing. 

I did 15 barrow loads before I had to stop out of tiredness.

6 NOv 2020 - The pile of chip the evening after the tree came down.

29 Nov - finally got the woodchip mulch spread around the garden and at the back in the veggie patch. It has been so got that I rose at 5am to get this done! Should hold down the weeds for a bit.

And now that she has gone again (on way to Armidale and then to Grafton to see her mother) I am feeling sad and lonely, for lost times, for the person I used to be, and for lovely places I used to visit.

Kitchen table

This table, which I bought from the Salvos, I have had for 5 years later this month (18 Nov!). It has served me really well, and I been thinking about repainting it for a long time. 

I have hesitated because I have not yet decided on a colour. I would have to paint the chairs as well.

I'm thinking a dark wood colour, with a white mandala on the top. Maybe.
