Mower details

I need to replace the blades.

Tidied up the back lawn

Made an effort to make it tidy out the back. I still don't know what to do with this area much yet, apart from what I would LIKE to do - a small 2 bedroom unit.

Have decided to just keep it tidy and decorative, and simple, so as to avoid too much work here. It already looks much better.

Am reworking the white border area to be a tad smaller and to have the white duranta and white gardenia inside, as a low hedge to below the birdbath height, and along the length of the enclosed area. I think that will work fine and look good - easy to maintain with a hedger now and again.

17 Jan 2021 - Made the bark patch smaller, and will fill it with hedge, just up to the base of the flowered bird bath.

Baby Rose Dec 31,2020 - Jan 10, 2021

Sprayed the nutgrass

Bernie came over and sprayed my nutgrass, as we had planned a few days ago. I went ahead and bought thr Sedgehammer powder and he mixed it and sprayed. Thank goodness. Now I have to wait to see whether it has worked.

I want to get the back just a lawn and mow it low each time.

So many small steps

So even though these lanterns are not wired up yet, I decided to put them up, so that they look good. Finally got round to completing the job - there are some white ones to go up yet on the front of the pergola. It's raining now, so that will have to wait for another day.

I think it all looks good. Imagine how great it could be when the wiring is finally done!

It just takes so long, and so much effort to get it all just-so.
