Best latest photos of house n garden

Lovely clear winter's day. Builder's have told me that in the event of work being done on the house, the garden will be 'trashed'. Something to think about!

The 'azalea beds' have one plant in each at the moment!
Heading to the local markets one day soon, to purchase more, cheaply.

And...as it looked in Nov 2015...

Patricia's blue fingers

When I worked at Coorparoo, I visited the Terry White Chemist across the road from time to time. An older lady working there, Patricia, wore lovely jewellery. She was very pleasant.  She has long fingers which make the rings look much better, and enables quantity - unlike my little stubby ones. I enjoyed looking at her jewels!

Green fingers

This post was originally posted on 9 Sept 2016, soon after the first two photos were taken.

This lady, Renee, wearing all the rings works at Bunnings - she is so pleasant and a real jewellery nut!

The below photo taken early July, 2017. She's still going strong!

Bought new mailbox

From Bunnings - only $32.

It won't get much use - most things are online now - but it gives a more modern look, rather than the old one.

Here it is in the back of the car:

Friday, June 30, 2017

It's 30 June - I've been back in the country for 2 years.

Two years since I arrived back to Australia.

It's gone quickly.

Has it been a good move? Yes and no.

New garden item 2

I saw this several weeks ago and thought I could make something of it. So today I bought and spray painted it.

Positioned so.

I like.

New garden item 1

I exchanged a mirror which I had not opened or used, at Tivity in town, for this sign. I think it's great, and will use it around the yard for patches where the chickens wreck it when under my bro's vehicle. Anthony moves his trailer around, so the grass can recover.
