Update 18 Jan 2019:

#2 looks a lovely colour - I believe THIS ONE  is definitely Temple Fire.

and I think this one is a muted pale orange colour, Tango- we shall see when it flowers!

Cleaned the back gutters

for rainwater dispersal.

It's been 2 years since these were installed, and they have needed cleaning out. The tree from next door drops it's crap all over my back area, and fills the drains.

Let's hope they don't need redoing for another 2 years!

On 26th of this month, I will have had Tiina for 2 years. So she will be 2 years and 8 weeks old on 26 Jan.

The garden in the lazy, hazy, hot days of Summer

I'm starting to get some decent afternoon shade now from the trees too.

And when the light changes...

I am proud of my gardening efforts. And on it goes... I will have to keep control of it all, or it could be a real jungle!

I certainly do not feel as vulnerable or as open as I once did about the garden. The high fence and the new growth has done a good job of sealing off prying eyes from the road and the corner. Long may it continue to do so!

Taffy follows her Mama everywhere.

and Teenie still sleeps in unusual places, and is affectionate on HER terms!! She's a grown up girl of 3 now!
