Heaps of little florets on the small fruit, dropping as green 'fairy-dust' to the table and floor below. Plenty of bees buzzing about - I can hear them as soon as I step out the back door. I don't know how the vine is going to hold so many bunches this coming season!
Apparently we are anticipating some rainfall in the next few days. So, after work yesterday arvo, despite a slight dribble of rain, I mowed inside and outside the fence, to ensure all was tidy for another week.
Teenie joined me for a short rest to survey the work done! Still very dry, so the coming rain is very welcome.
I am surprised at how prolific the grape vines above the utilities walk appear to be. So many bunches of tiny grapes! I'm wondering how the vine can support and ripen all of them.
Anne asked me about them yesterday.
I heard it falling at about 1.30am this morning, and arose to take a cup of tea and watch it fall outside. It was lovely, and this morning the ground looks damp. It was not heavy rain, but fell steadily and was enough to soak in for the planties!
I want this stencil in damask cream/white in the bathroom;

on my bedroom walls, in perhaps the lightest pink

I am wanting to stencil a large floor rug onto the patio floor, or perhaps an all over tile pattern, with the 'rug' in certain areas.
