I've been watering this quite a bit, and am hoping it will reach over the wood post by the end of the next summer. It helps hold the old fence together! There are new shoots, so maybe it is possible...?

I was up early to water this morning. We have not had any decent rain for such a long time. My water bill has increased, so I don't know for how long I can continue to support my garden. 

Ipswich Council has increased it's water charges.
